I've used ABRP for years, and it is fantastic for planning trips - even better when you link it to your car. I was planning out a few theoretical trips with my incoming R1T but wondered how people plan for towing. I know towing will depend on a lot of factors - mostly aero - but curious if anyone has used it. I simply doubled the estimated wh/mi consumption and let it ride to give me an idea. I may also adjust my speed. Any other tricks?

I use it and set my consumption to 1.9km/kWh. So far my truck is reporting the same. I also increase the weight substantially. I find the planner then to be a bit conservative, which I’m fine with!

It's all about aero dynamic drag. So it depends on your trailer shape, and to some extent the weight. I am interested to see if I can change to Conserve mode instead of All Purpose.
