I have to say, I’ve done my share of moaning and groaning about the difficulties of getting an R1T serviced over the past almost 4 years.

Today is my pleasure to post the opposite experience. Yesterday I took my 6 mos old GEN 2 R1T to the Syracuse service center for an inoperative blind spot warning system, a passenger door seal that needed to be replaced (this was a late add) and a general inspection and tire rotation. Everything was finished yesterday within hours with the exception of the door seal which required a part that was not on hand. I had a call this morning at 10:00 AM telling me that the part was in, had been installed, that the service was complete and the vehicle has been washed and was being charged. Throughout the process communication from the Syracuse service center was beyond excellent.
Thank you, Syracuse!
