Hi guys, I posted a question in the new PPF thread but figured this is a good one for the masses. I dig the look of the Matte finish of PPF, and the scratch resistance would be nice. However, I wash my car at least twice a week in the touch-free wash, and occasionally in the bush wash. Am I a BAD candidate for PPF?

Anyone have full PPF (on any car) and run through the touch-free wash super often like I do?

Thank you for the input!

I was told by my detail person that the touchless ones are fine. I've had mind 3 months and have only washed it once, though. Between the PPF and the ceramic on top - nothing really sticks to the truck. It's crazy. The thing is always clean.

Seems a bit counter intuitive though... I run my Tesla through mostly touch-free, but when it's really dirty I hit the brush auto wash. Never had any scratches. With that said, aren't we spending all that money to prevent scratches??? Why would I be MORE worries about scratches with PPF. Isn't that like buying a cellphone case and being MORE worried about dropping it? ?
