I picked up a used 22 R1T LE a few months ago with ~40k on the ODO. I unexpectedly received a call from a Rivian Service Center yesterday asking me to come in to replace the 12V battery. I had my car at the Park n Fly and asked for a date a couple weeks out and the gentleman on the phone suggested I come in sooner and was able to get me in first thing this morning. Lo and behold when I went to pick up my car, the 12V warning light was on.
Don't think this was supposed to be still under warranty but they took care of it anyway. Top notch service in my books - I recognize that there are a fair number of comments here with service being inconsistent but wanted to share something positive also.
