Hi everyone,

I recently noticed a new option in the app that allows you to share your vehicle and "invite a driver" to use it with their phone. Is this a new feature, or have I somehow overlooked it before? If it's been available for a while, does anyone know why the service department doesn't use this feature for loaner vehicles?

Thanks for your insights!

It has been there. The Service department likely doesn't use it purely for ease of management on their end. No keys to issue or revoke (or forget to revoke).

It would be MUCH nicer than the keycard we used for 3 weeks while we had the loaner, but I'm guessing they'd need any phones to be paired to be there when the loaner is picked up. I did the drop off and pick up solo so my wife still would have needed the keycard.
