Who installed the sliders?
This is a cut and paste from the State 48 Club board. I couldn't figure out how to link to the post:

I had the DCE R1S rock sliders installed today. Very happy and impressed so far. R1T sliders are en route as well.

If anyone is looking for an installer, I had a great experience with River Outdoors in Phoenix. Great guys. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Cool little shop for outdoor gear.

Installation was $210 and they were done 2-1/2 hours after I dropped it off.

In that same thread, I also commented if installing at River Outdoors, I strongly recommend enjoying some craft brew at the nearby Wandering Tortoise:

and if one needs some seafood, Nelson's Fish and Meat has some quality stuff. Bring a cooler:

Who installed the sliders?
I should also mention the crew at River Outdoors were nice enough to let me ship the DCE sliders directly to their shop. They just asked that I have the installation done within 2-3 days of arrival and to send them tracking information.

My R1T DCE rock sliders will be shipping directly to them as well - hopefully within a week or two.

Get the Abstract ocean blackout letters. I had the vinyl blackouts on mine and they didn't stick long term. The AO ones are super high quality and install took a couple hours and that was with me taking extra care doing it than was probably necessary but my new letters are more accurate than they are from factory.

RE: "Abstract Ocean satin black emblems and yellow tow hook covers". I'd bet good money you won't like the look and you'll yank them off in less than 24 hours. Luckily they pop right off. Leave the tow hooks as god meant them to be.

I appreciate your recommendation. My R1T blackout vinyl has actually lasted pretty well for the past 11 months or so, but the tailgate -AN is starting to come loose.

…and these arrived in the mail a couple days ago. I have an alert set for when the R1S ones are back in stock:

The compass emblem looks like a black blob to me. There’s no contrast with the black background and one can barely see the yellow accents when looking straight at it. However, the yellow accents pop more when on the hood, which is more of a horizontal viewing angle. I don’t think the blackout compass logo looks that good on the R1S C-pillars.

Just a few final pics of my matte R1S and clear/glossy R1T for quick reference. R1T had nearly identical work done a year prior with the exception of clear PPF being used. Last pic is of the yellow compass vs blacked out compass.
