That would be on OpenEVSE hardwired to 240V/48A. You can always lower the amperage either from the vehicle or from the EVSE (if it allows), but you are still connected to 240V. I can lower my Model S charge rate all the way down to 5A if I want to trickle charge off of excess solar generation, but I am still connected to 240V.It's a hardwired 120V 48A OpenEVSE on a 60A breaker. I did it as an experiment when I noticed the truck was able to still be set to 32A when I had plugged into a TT-30 through an adapter. It's out of spec for J1772 but I see no reason that the vehicle can't do it besides "it's not spec".
