2023 build (vehicle in service as we speak so don' have access). But yes, I specifically asked them to check to so-called hub to knuckle bolts. I think the bottom line is that these otherwise super awesome vehicles have really crappy suspensions and the company can't really fix it in past builds so we have to live with it or sell/trade -- those are the bottom line options.

I had a pretty major breakthrough today at the SC. That removed most of my noise.

The vehicle has to be built after March 2023 through Feb 2024. Mine was built in Jan 24.

Yours is included. The hub/knuckle may be the culprit. The dampers may also contribute, but that's only on hard bumps and there are replacement versions for those.

Basically, this all might be fixable.

After multiple visits the hub/knuckle fix was performed and the chatter sound was fixed.

This came after being told it was normal numerous times.

Thank you so much for this information. Exactly what we needed. In your experience, what finally forced the SC to do this repair? I got the feeling that unless the tech could hear a "chirp" in the suspension they would not to the k-h repair??
