7 messages to my guide since November 30th. No reply to any of them. I think I’ll just give up.

This has been happening to multiple people from what I’ve heard. Not making excuses for them, but it seems like all the guides got a bunch of new people assigned to them when Rivian started this big production push, but they still don’t have access to the answers people have, such as “where is my truck”. Some are handling it better than others, but Rivian is not setting them up to succeed. That doesn’t help anyone.7 messages to my guide since November 30th. No reply to any of them. I totally agree and understand. Not throwing anyone under the bus at all. I actually asked my guide when we had our intro call the best way she wanted to be contacted and she said it was text. I would have just assumed a bit more information at this time, especially with multiple messages since over 2 weeks ago. Yeah, my guide also said text was the best way to communicate. So far he has replied every time I’ve texted, but I’m also not asking that many questions yet. I would really hate to be in their position right now. Doesn’t seem like they have answers to any of the questions their customers want answered. Still, they should at least acknowledge they received your texts even if they can’t do anything more than that right now….

I scheduled the delivery then completed payment immediately after. They said payment would need to be complete by 4pm on the day prior to delivery.Someone please confirm, I don't need to complete payment in order to get scheduled for the delivery date?
My guide said he’d send the request to fund to USAA on the delivery day, even though it will take USAA a few days to ach it over. So apparently this is true and on top of that she used the wording "canceled orders" so these are apparently refused deliveries inclusive. I guess they are getting desperate to get numbers up end of year.. Definitely not taking a chance, plus she only had Forest Green interiors.Our guide has been sending us available vehicles at various service centers and at the factory. That could be what she's referring to. Guides have more control over that vs the Shop.
