I've rebooted the infotainment twice and let the truck sleep multiple times. The radio works and then all of the sudden this. Never had an issue until 2022.19.03 update.

The audio still plays with TuneIn and phone. But TuneIn's home screen is also blank now.

I reported it to Rivian

Radio screen doesn't work at all. The aduio will start to play and then just stop. Pressing the play button on the steering wheel starts it again and it stops after 2 seconds.

*** Maybe don't do this, read below***

Did you do a full truck reboot? I had to do it to get Spotify to work again.

Hold the left most steering wheel button and hazard button.

This clears all of the logs and is generally not the best practice without specific direction from Rivian. Not saying you did it all Willy-Nilly, but mention it more as a PSA for others.

Hmmm didn't know that, thanks. I'm surprised they didn't build that into the logging system. Since the hazard button already sends the logs to the cloud it wouldn't take much more logic to push them up before the full reboot occurs.

My understanding is that the hazard button doesn't push the logs, it simply adds a searchable flag to them, making it easier to pinpoint specific logs.

Same here. Unable to play FM radio since the 2022.19.3 update. Spotify, Amazon radio, and Tune In still works fine.
Searching for a solution.

Add me to the list. Worked last night after the update, and again this morning, but no joy this afternoon. Haven't tried a reboot of the entertainment system yet, but will next time I get in her.

I just posted on another thread that my phone will no longer play over bluetooth. It says it is connected, and shows the song on the screen, but it will not play anything.

Took delivery today. 1 FM station worked, but couldn't select another. Could switch to other sources, but still only the one FM station. Later parked the truck, performed the screen reboot process and all was well afterward. 22.19.03 firmware installed @ delivery.

My radio is working again after a long road trip. No idea if it was a fluke or something finally reset but at least I seem to have radio again. Keeping an eye on it.

I've had that happen before. The "two steering wheel button" reboot fixed it right up.

No radio problems here after .19 update yesterday! It did sit all night in garage and charged just a little to 70% last night, and didn't test it out until overnight rest.

So mines out. Awesome….. Reboot or no reboot. Anyone fix this yet? I hate not having a radio.

More folks complaining about this at post “FM Radio disconnected.” Saw one individual who had the FM module replaced and solved the problem. The common thread among the others is the most recent software update.

Ours cut out as well. It says "connection problem", I think. Anyways Rivian has been no help. I have an appointment scheduled for the middle of March (Set up two months ago for another problem). I think this is a common problem. We just drove to Scottsdale from Northern California. It would have been nice to have it.
