They cycle through colors, OP just took the picture when they were the colors seen here. I was confused my first time because I thought the red ones were out of service but if the screen is on and working, they're good to go.

They're wonderful! Keep in mind, to get max speed you have to make sure you're using a charger that isn't sharing power with anyone else plugged in. Usually they're named 1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, ... and so on. All of the 1's share power, all of the 2's share power, etc. I believe each cabinet can output around 300kW, so if three vehicles are plugged into 1A, 1B, and 1C, they'll each get roughly 100kW. If there's only one vehicle plugged into 2A and nothing on 2B or 2C, that one vehicle will get the full available power.
