This looks great, I keep a good amount of stuff in that tunnel and would love a slide out like this. One of the big things I keep in there is the badlands off-road jack, can that fit on this slide? Out to out is about 14”, would really love to be able to secure that to the slide with a tie down or mounting plate

I've got the exact same use case - very curious if the badland jack would fit on this

It would be a tight fit. I measure exactly 14" from edge to edge.

Since it's a just 1/4" difference, you could always rest one side on that small lip or even run without that lip as it's just an extrusion bar underneath.

Awesome, thanks for providing those measurements and pictures. The 1/4” is from the nuts holding the wheels on, about 1/8” protrusion on each side so it looks like it would fit on there pretty decent. I can measure actual wheelbase too now and lay that out with your top down photo to see how it would sit. Jack handles will store nicely in the lower portion between the t-track area.

Ooh yeah good call with the nuts adding that width. It should absolutely fit then.

Do you think the tray could be split into two halves? .... so that one could have equal access from either side of the truck?

My slide is out for delivery. Pictures coming soon.

EDIT: Pics!

(I am helping Range Industries test this slide so I have one of the early units. Making sure packaging is all good, instructions make sense, etc.)

My notes:
  • Zero rattles which I'm pumped about. I made sure to apply loctite to all bolts as they suggest.
  • I used their cardboard suggestion to slide the unit into the gear tunnel.
  • They mention installing the front and rear lips while outside the truck and then getting help from someone to place the entire unit into the tunnel. I didn't want to wait for help so I just place the base in the truck and then added the rest of the parts.
  • Instructions are clear and installation is super straight-forward.
  • There is room for adjustment if necessary.
  • The slides are very heavy duty. Nothing is wobbly when fully extended.
  • I will be using this for camping gear, golf clubs, and plenty more.
  • 4 bolts and the entire unit can come out if need be.
  • I am going to put some tool box liner on it to avoid scratches.
  • Overall very happy.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be sure to post more pics on my IG: R1Truck

Can you give us an update on the slide? How do you like it? Maybe a video? I am seriously thinking about getting this. Little worried about the space it takes up.

Still doing great. No rattling. I lined it with rubber mats to keep the powdercoating from scratching. Range Industries is releasing some accessories like divider and tie downs.
I use it often for all types of stuff.
