Rattle/flapping noise from front

I picked up the car on Saturday. Yesterday I noticed a weird noise when driving between ~33mph and low 40s.
Uploading two videos.
On the longest one the noise is super clear around the 50sec mark.

I filled a service ticket but looking for any opinions or past experience on something similar.

I think you forgot the videos friend…

Without anything to go off, you may want to get under it and poke the underbody shield to see if it’s rattling anywhere. Could be a lose bolt that’s easy to tighten.

It does not seem to be something like the underbody, less jarring and only at a certain speed, at least noticeable. Seems more like something rubbery flapping

Hmm, does it sound like it’s coming from inside the cabin? Only other thing I can think of is the plastic cover on the dash. This was a fairly widespread issue awhile back and I’m actually still waiting to get mine fixed, although it’s not a constant rattle for me and is only noticeable at times driving over bumps.

I tried putting my hand on the dash to see if it stopped and it didn’t seem like. Hard to say if it’s from inside or outside due to the type of noise.

That sounds like it might be coming from the AC fan. Try turning off the AC and see if it still happens.

I did try that briefly and did not seem to make a difference. I will try again tomorrow.

Hard for me to tell the exact sound in the video, but it may be the same sound I am experiencing accelerating/decelerating between ~20-40 mph. I drove with a service tech and he heard it too and added my car to a master ticket they have open. In my case, it would be some kind of rattle/droning/clicking in the drive unit or motors it seems. He did tell me it doesn't seem to be of any concern other than the sound, but they are "actively looking into a fix".

I would recommend doing a test drive with a tech and getting added to that master ticket if it's the same issue.

I had a rattle/buzzing sound on mine at various driving and wind speeds. I traced it down to the plastic air diffuser under the hood nearest to the windshield, Mine had a lot of play in it so I placed rubber cabinet bumpers between the plastic deflector and hood.

Found the culprit. It’s the rubbery cover of the vens under the hood, it has a flap that is not fully flush and flaps in mid speeds. I put some cardboard there just to try out and noise is gone. at least I can tell service exactly what the issue is.

Try to remove and reinstall the cover it may snap into place. You can watch rivian air cleaner replacement videos to see how the cover is supposed to be removed and reinstalled. Go to 4:30 on this video for removal
