RED CANYON Rivian Photos

i like it. still going back and forth between this and limestone but kinda like this.

You have to see it in person as it doesn't photograph in the same color as it is in person. I was surprised how "not red" it looked to me. All my cars have been red so I have a history. Again, it needs to be seen by the buyer or you might not like what you see. It will either be Red or Rivian Blue for me.

Most of the pics from the CO media event made it look very orange but other pics have made it appear almost wine color. I imagine it being something close to Volvo's Fusion Red which has a rusty/orange hue. I desperately need to see Red Canyon, Compass Yellow and Limestone.

since all but one of rivian’s colours are metallic, it’s really hard to get a highly accurate picture.

I saw one today in Atlanta. It was very cloudy (just rained) and it looked a very orange red. I need to see it in sunlight to see if it chameleon’s to a more red color. These photos I took still makes it look red but it was definitely more orangey. Need to personally decide if it is for me. I have a Carmine Red colored car that does turn slightly darker when it is cloudy but not this orangey. Thoughts?

I think the dark 22” would look better. These look “cheap” on the truck just from looking at all the wheel options that were there. They were moving trucks to a new location so I wasn’t able to get photos but most wheel options were represented. No 22” all black though.

I'm in the same boat regarding this or FG with Limestone now off the table. I've had 3 red cars before though so it wouldn't be out of character (Jeep Cherokee, Audi A3, Mazda CX-5). Biggest issue I can see with RC is it means I'm all in on OC.

Im also a limestone refugee coming to RC. I much prefer OC to BM in a vacuum (and with configurator limestone) but feel like with RC I would have to go with BM.

I am glad they went with a warmer tone for the red, instead of the in-your-face Candy red type.
But this Red looks really good. Would pop in bright sunlight. But they need to get the panel alignments right for this color, if not would look weird.

This one has good panel alignment.

Why do you say that? My current car is a red CX-5 with the "parchment" interior which is basically white and it's a great combo. RC with OC I think would be an even better combo, especially with the slight gray tone that OC apparently has.

Interesting, i guess I would really have to see it. In my head I picture like an old red corvette or thunderbird with the white leather and it feels like an old vintage look.

This is a really old photshop but it's not far off. Personally, I think it looks great.

I can kind of see where you're coming from but personally I think it's a great combo on my current car and I think it would look even better on the Rivian. My biggest concern with going Red is bringing even more attention to myself for any passing lawmen.
