Replacement of 12 Volt Battery

Opal (our R1T) had her 12 volt battery replaced by Rivian Mobile Service. The mobile technician showed us a trick that allows replacing the 12 volt battery without removing the frunk tub. He removed the cowl cover in front on the windshield. He sat with his feet in the frunk and pulled on the tub enough to allow access to the 12 volt battery.

Looks like a single 12v to me. These videos are helpful to see the differences (there is one video for 2/23 and prior builds and a separate video for 3/23 and later builds). If your R1T was built in 3/23 or later, it's almost certain you have a single 12v.

For those who replaced their battery does this video cover the process accurately? Does the newer lithium battery experience vampire drain?
