Replacing the front camera for better resolution?

Has anyone replaced their front view camera to achieve better resolution? The stock camera on my Gen 1 R1T is pretty weak, IMHO. For any off roading, the lack of detail makes it almost worthless. For saving any interesting videos, especially when enlarging them, well, it’s just not very good. I’m not as concerned about the other cameras, but sure would like something more useful in the front. I have no idea what would be involved or if it’s even doable. Yeah, I realize I could get a dedicated camera to slap on my windshield that would solve part of the problem. However, this option would not help much with off roading and identifying obstacles right in front of the vehicle.

Physically replacing the camera would probably be "the easy part". Rewriting Rivian software to support the higher resolution, even assuming the existing CPU can handle that... good luck with that. ?

Yaeh you don’t just replace components that are calibrated as part of a vehicles overall safety system.

Well, I figured it would not be a simple plug and play, but thought I would ask. It’s a shame that Rivian chose to take such a low road with these cameras. One would think it would be a priority on such an expensive rig. I know they have corrected this shortcoming on the Gen 2.
