Imagine if they allowed this while driving and the seat starts moving in ways that impaired the driver’s ability to maintain control. Gee. What could possibly go wrong?Does the “restore” only work when the vehicle is parked?
My Volvo will only adjust when parked as well - this is not just a Rivian thing. It is truly a safety thing; but yes drives me nuts when the car says hello to my wife and I’m driving.I asked because memory seat functions in other vehicles revert back to previous settings. Don’t need to be parked to work. So just curious if Rivian only allows it to work when parked.
