I have had mixed success with the app for service tickets that were complex. Best to get someone on the phone, especially if you're concerned about drivetrain noise.

Unfortunately I’m pretty familiar with the system now. It’s odd that the app doesn’t show all the previous appointments though.

Anyway looks like it’s back. Ticket in. thx
