Which one? There are three to choose from? The only one available currently is 135kWh

I meant the only one that is currently available that Rivian laughably calls the "large battery pack"

At our electric rate for home charging (.077 per kWh) that means a complete fill up would be $10.39.
That's a lot cheaper than I was paying at electrifyAmerica charging stations. .43 per kWh

Anyone using the EA stations should sign up for the membership. It's per month, so sign up right before using one and cancel after if you have no intention of using it a month later.

Which makes sense. Chargepoint operators like EA, EVGO, Tesla have to pay a lot for the infrastructure install, likely leasing the property, and often large demand feeds from utilities.

Oh wow, I can only dream of having electric rates like that. Our electric rates in NH for the next 8 months is $0.336/kWh. The benefit of going electric isn’t nearly as beneficial as other parts of the country.

Cheeezus, do they still burn whale oil to generate electricity there?

New Hampshire has 2nd highest rates currently with only Hawaii edging them out (they do burn a lot of oil shipped over by ocean freight) - I think most Americans get closer to 12c and some utilities offer dirt cheap rates for TOU or EV rates.
