Counting my appointment tomorrow I have had 10 appoints for my R1T at the Normal SC. 41 items will have been addressed. I have never had a bad experience with the group at Normal. The bad thing is the 10 appointments???. Over the phone there isn't anything else they can do except tell you to reset. The proximity thing/PAAK in general is annoying, but not something I get upset about. The truck unlocking via the phone, and then telling me there is no key in the car so I have to dig the card out of my wallet & put it up against the door is another one. Those things are minor and I can always carry the fob if I don't like it. I'm glad I'm only a 45 min drive from the SC though; if I was 2-3 hrs I would likely feel differently.Sounds cosmetic minus the trip planner. May we have the reason for the multiple resets and bad customer service?
