Dropping a charging station in the middle of the woods starts to look more wasteful and disruptive of nature than meaningful and useful.

I get your point. But they could do stuff like these, with minimal investment in infrastructure. I've heard they even have towable models - just tow it to a trailhead and drop it off.

Rivian needs to keep expanding the RAN's and SC's. Considering the age of the company, I think it's doing pretty well. Then again, I'm in L.A. and I have several SC's nearby and numerous charging options.
