For those who had the 1 year charging pass in their rewards, do you still see it now?

Here is our advisement Ales "Referral codes are not retroactive and must be applied during the checkout process." If you were to put another order in for a Rivian and choose one from the R1 Shop you would get a code and be able to use it during checkout.

Was yours a custom order?

I had a custom order but switched to a shop order, but I'm beyond the checkout process to reserve and insert a code obviously. I will have to try customer service and my guide as well.

There's still hope... that it ends up being like "The Menu" or the Fyre Festival and they resort to cannibalism, livestreamed. I'd subscribe, leave a thumbs up, and smash that notification bell...

no, mine was a shop order.

Same experience here. They told me the referral could only be added at the Checkout page ( where you make your deposit payment). If you are at the stage where you’re waiting for delivery and haven't completed the purchase process, it’s too late to add a referral code.

Stupid question time. I can't seem to find where the rewards info is when I log in. I can only get to the rewards screen using the link from the Rivian press release (post #1 in this thread). When I get there this is what my screen looks like.

I had to look up the VA code section. Lots of anti-kickback provisions for real estate and settlement companies but this section is pretty much directed to everyone
