Rivian Service Center - leaving tools

Just took my R1T for rotation at local Costco and what a surprise ?

During a previous service appointment at Costa Mesa location, some technician left a tool on rear suspension area this could have been a disaster if the tool would have dislodged….

I just scored a ratchet, extension and 13mm deep socket from the Rivian certified bodyshop. They left it in the aluminum hold down slider in the rear of our R1S. Made some clanking sounds, but I was so used to the air suspension solenoids, that I didn't notice it for a week.

I was going to post my own thread about it (The bodyshop tried to kill me!), but you beat me to the post.

lol - makes me think of the framed wrench in Ford v Ferrari (the wrench that Miles threw at Shelby). Maybe do something special with it.

Wait, which Costco in the area does Rivian rotations? I took mine to the America's Tire in Lake Forest but always good to have backup options.

SSF service left this wrench on my rear suspension. Drove all the way to Tahoe and back and saw it later
