Rivian Wall Charger Issue

We have had our Rivian Wall Charger installed for several months now. Yesterday we had some sort of glitch that required the charger to be repaired with SuEllyn's phone. We followed the instructions on her phone and it is now paired and working again.

That being the case, I thought that it would be a good idea if my phone was also paired with our wall charger. When I attempted to do this, the software told me that the wall charger can only be paired to a single phone.

Is this correct and ,if so, why????????

Thank you for letting me know that. I thought that I was doing something wrong. I can't see why this would be. If three phones can access the truck, why is the wall charger limited to one?
