If I ever get my pickup back (or get a new one) I’m going to be all over this.
Really, I like the bed extender that Ford has for the F150. It can fold away pretty neatly on the sides of the bed.

Brandon, the guy in the video, has his truck listed on Facebook marketplace. I have no idea why someone would deliberately drill holes into a vehicle they are trying to sell. It is like buying iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB and then wondering why no one is buying it. I am sure someone would want all the mods he has done to the truck, but IMO, the more money you blow into a product, the farther you move away from the normal distribution.

I was always curious as to how secure the tailgate stays in place when driving with it in the open position. Does the tailgate bounce around when you hit bumps in the road? Does that increase the probability of the hinge failing? Is there a way to lock it in the full open position to make it more ridgid in that position?

Last I saw/heard he has a legit offer and actually ordered another car that aligned with his needs and saving objectives.

Keep us updated. If we could I'm sure we would like to support a fellow member
They are still in preproduction so it could be a few months. As soon as they get finalized dealer pricing I’ll be sure to update everyone

Do you have to drill to attach the mounting points?
