Interesting, if they can get the 400 that gives them the 2.5 miles per kW.A CT fan ran into a Cybertruck at a CA Supercharger and spoke to the engineer charging the vehicle. He would not reveal much but he did get some info.
Please take all of this with a grain of salt as nothing is official until next Thursday.
- This unit is a tri motor
- They are testing the newer 4680 higher density cells in this vehicle.
- tri motor are not using plaid motors at all
- new motors are higher TQ units with different gear ratios than anything else.
- lots of one off parts specifically for CT
- doesn't look like it has air compressor hookup from the vault
- they are only working on one pack at the moment for tri motor
- Dual motor pack isn't ready yet.
- efficiency should be around 400 watt/mi better than 500 watt/mi for sure.
- first edition pricing should be in the 90s.

It does not take much effort for me to get my Model S above 350 watts per mile. My wife however seems to be able to stay under 290 frequently, so in theory not pushing it who knows. ??
