Seat Position Memory not remembering

Same issue, I just toggle drivers. Can’t figure out what makes it decide to work or not. Would love to see a final fix.

About once a week, when I get into my Gen1 R1S, and tap the break the car fails to remember the seat position. It just says in the back position is shits to when I put it into park. My fix is to change the driver to my wife and then back to me (before I get crushed). I haven't reported this thinking it was just a bug that would get fixed in a regular update... but at this point it has been going on like this for maybe a year. Really a pain. ... anyone else experiencing this?

Hopefully Rivian is listening. Guess there is some comfort in knowing we aren't along in the issue.

This is the most annoying thing about my truck. A couple of remote service visits have not fixed it. A service center calibration did not fix it. I have to recalibrate the seat every two or three days.

Same exact problem (and annoying solution), pretty much been that way since we got it 2 years ago.

Im glad Im not the only one having this issue and glad to hear that Im also not alone in my solution.

Ive also noticed I get mixed results sometimes if I do things a wrong order. For example, I have a gate at the end of my driveway that I have to get out and open sometimes. So If I unbuckle before putting it in park, It seems I wont trigger the Roomy Exit command. But I cant say its every time. Same for if I forget to put it in park first, and instead just open the door to get out. This sometimes seems to trigger the roomy exit command when Im out of the car but wont trigger my steering wheel to move back towards me. Ive never put in a ticket either, Ive just tried to be better about I guess you would call it "order of operations"

This is also the same issue. I noticed it happening more after the mirror tilt down update. My roomy exit, is way from what i drive, and when it doesnt work, its a disappointment, but also i have found my self scooting my butt and thinking come on do the thing.
