Took our R1S in for clicking noises, turned out it is totally normal sound from the air suspension. I was very glad. Service center was clean, nice and staffed with very helpful people. It is located at the south end of Boeing field. Easy to find! The closest restaurant is in the Boeing Museum. I was able to wait for a “re-torque” and got everything done in one day. A very good experience!

Mine was there for a replacement body harness and all of my delivery findings last September. They took care of it all and I was pleasantly surprised, because of all the bad experiences others have had at other SC locations. So, I didn’t know what to expect as an outcome, but couldn’t be more happy with this location.

I've been there twice for service, it was great both times.

Biggest issue is the queue to get in. Let's hope by next year as they ramp up this new SC, they can get this down to weeks instead of months. Its a bit crazy how long its taking to get an appointment which is not a great experience for customers.

I agree, as it took over three months since my ownership to get the work needed done. The ADAS issue I was having escalated my appointment time. Otherwise, who knows when I would’ve had the other items taken care of.

Picked my S up from there today. Good experience all around.

What's the current wait time for this SC? It's a lot closer to me than the Bellevue one.

I just had an earliest appt for Feb 12. That was made four days ago, so almost three months out.
