If by “you can afford it” means that you can pay cash and not have $100 in your bank account then I say there is zero reasons to have buyers remorse.
Listening to your gut is virtually never wrong. Something may be telling you not to buy it, and I’m of the mind that we listen to our intuitions.
Lastly, and this is just me, but I don’t think the Rivian R1T is worth it’s increased price point. The range is only adequate, the speed is on point and the off roading capability is there but other than size and just not wanting an ICE vehicle my Raptor is better than the Rivian unequivocally for the price point. That said, I’m super excited for the R1S and I think at its pre-March 2022 price point it’s the perfect vehicle. At $100k after taxes.. there are way better options.
