Sleigh Bells lock sound?

Last December, we got the great "Sleigh Bells" lock sound. Are we going to get that again this season?

Although if you listen to the complainer crowd, we would have autonomous flying Rivians with CarPlay displayed on the windshield by now if only they didn’t take the time to work on these minor fun features

Hopefully they don't wait until the week before Christmas to release it like this year's Halloween update. While I don't support seeing Christmas decorations in August as seen in Costco, Rivian should really just have the unlock sound queued up to activate the day after Thanksgiving.

We are due for another OTA before the year is over and timing is probably tied to one soon to be released (because of Autonomy Day and Apple Wallet for gen 2). Wouldn't surprise me if Rivian decide to sprinkle in a little low-effort holiday cheer like they did last year. We are also way past due for text messaging integration.

I'm guessing December 11th or 12th will be the next OTA rollout. Right after Autonomy Day.

Mine have always worked, but I know that isn't everyone's experience.

Worked for me too (at least the ones for Gen 1). And they're all bonus features, so I don't know why people get bent out of shape when freebies don't work.

Because I don't subscribe to the Rivian subscription, I got the Halloween up date a day or two before halloween, after the weekend before Halloween when i wanted to share it with friends at a Halloween party. Oh well.

It’s amazing how such a small thing brings a smile to most people. It’s also pretty easy to do. I’m kinda surprised Rivian doesn’t do it more often.

Don't feel too bad. I have C+ and still didn't get the update until the evening of 10/22 which was 24 days from the first known deployment. Previous year came in the afternoon of 10/18 only 2 days after the first known deployment.

Sleigh bells would be fine as long as it doesn't impact my owl hoot. They can have my owl hoot when they pry it from my cold dead talons.
