Two or three taps is the new normal on mine since 46. I haven’t found any magic words to have Alexa change screens except to navigate to a new destination.
After you hit park say: “Alexa open the front trunk.” It’ll be open before your passengers leave the car.

I have no problem having Alexa change seat/steering wheel heat, opening the frunk, setting audio volume, etc. But she won't change the center display from one mode to another. Hence, for example, the multiple presses to bring to bring up the drive mode screen to see the gauges or to change mode to Conserve while cruising down the expressway at 75 mph. (Haven’t asked her to actually change drive modes, though.)

After 46 update the first press of each screen was slow which I started seeing immediately. I cycled through every screen waiting for each and then everything was fast again.

Call support, not normal.
