Anyone notice that with heavy or wet snow that the horn gets muffled and barely audible?

Was driving on the highway in heavy snow en the person next to me started veering towards me. Laid on the horn only to barely hear my horn...

Definitely not safe, but not sure if this is an issue for just me or not.

I'm an early Vinbfrom Sept 22

When I installed my second horn, I noticed a significant amount of water was present behind the wheel liner. It had been raining and I was obviously driving around in the rain, but the area where the horn is mounted was just as wet as the rest of the car. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the horn had gotten wet and froze, or somehow ingested snow.

I talked with a service rep and they said the horn is pointing forward and you can see it through the grill, hence it getting blocked with snow.

They said he has seen people use aftermarket parts to divert/block the horn from snow.

Has anyone does this?
