Happened to me today. I did a soft reset but the message remained. In the app it says the truck went offline at 115am. Truck worked fine this morning, other than the non-functioning SOS.
We've had two really cold days (windchill -30F) in row where the truck was outside all day while i was at work, though I"m not sure that would have anything to do with connectivity. I'll do a hard reset later today if it hasn't resolved.
