Still does not beet Tesla subscription charging.
This is like comparing a Granny Smith to a Gala.

The Pismo beach fascist electricity dispenser is $.60 for non members and $.46+ $12.00 a month for members. So as long as you are getting over 300 kWh a month its cheaper.

So the "fascist" electricity still is cheaper, but you'll teach the alleged fascist a lesson by going elsewhere and making YOUR wallet bleed more than it should, eh?
LMAO, ROFLMAO. That will surely learn him, LMAO.
The greatest truism of all times: a fool and his money easy part, indeed.

You don’t buy many things and must live on a compound. There are a few dictators where you get much of your stuff from and many CEO’s also fit under that description.

I get not liking EM, but let’s not kid ourselves.
Probably ought to get a big bag and remove all of the Uyghur produced CCP stuff while he’s thinking about sociopaths.

Scam, open scam, hidden scam. Fraud. Potahto, potato.
Make that over 8 times the local utility rate. Oh, yes. Total scam.
CA electricity is expensive, there is no place in CA where 56 cents is 8 times the rate anytime of day. A lot of peak rates are higher than that, my summer peak in SoCal is 59 cents, this month peak is 52 cents, cheapest TOU rate on my plan is 35 cents.

Even Tesla SC in Pismo Beach is high with members rate at 46 cents and non-member at 60 cents.

EV over-the-road DC economy just doesn’t work out … specially when gas is below $3/gallon in most places. Home charging is the game changer.
I sure wouldn't say most places. I like to deal with facts. I do agree that long distance driving with an EV isn't cheaper. But as we all know that usually isn't the common case use for driver's in America. The statistic is between 80%-85% can charge at home.

Then states where EV drivers are charging at home and Electricity is more expensive per kWh is commonly in an area where gas is more expensive and vise versa.

Lets not even get into how gas and oil prices are indirectly subsidized by the government.

Basic math? Cost per kWh divided by mi/kwh efficiency versus cost per gallon divided by mpg. Both result in the cost per mile. At DCFC rates it’s typically cheaper to be in an ICE vehicle than an EV.
Cheapest gas in Pismo Beach today is 4.49, some stations over 5.00.

At 2.2 m/kWh at 56 cents per it is $25.45 to go 100 miles

At 4.49 getting 17 mpg it is $26.41 to go 100 miles

I guess it depends on what you are driving and what your effeciency is.

Just noticed special Rivian pricing at Pismo RAN...
Question: Did that come up before of after you started charging? The RAN station in-state here is at $0.60kW, no exceptions. It's actually $.04 more expensive than the Mercedes Benz dealer (on Chargepoint) a mile from my house.

Say you don't understand utility demand charges without saying it.

Whoa!
It sounds as if there is an awful lot of fingers in the state electricity pie.
In my neck of the woods, electricity is just over $0.07/kWh flat rate, no TOU, up 10% in one year; DFCs in this area are at the same $0.50+ prices, reason why I call them what I call them.

In my previous home, I had a relatively small 7.9 kW solar array, yet big enough to charge my EVs, power up my house and largely wipe out my utility bills; electricity was $0.13 there.

I still cannot justify a solar array where I live, will likely have one installed once kWh prices star to break $0.10.
