If you are within your one year adjustment warranty period, I'd just have Rivian address it. You don't want to spray something in there that "might" cause other damage and void any warranty on the handle assembly.
Thanks for the advice. I scheduled service appt and they will also calibrate the battery in person (got a text a while back asking me to charge EOD to 100% and they would let me remotely know when calibration was complete-and no word so far).
I'll be interested to hear what the service center says. When I brought up the issue of squeaky door handles they said, "this is common on new vehicles and it will go away on its own.". They were partly right. It disappeared for a few weeks and then came back worse than ever.

At end of last year my gen 1 went in for failed tailgate latch. I ask them about lubricating the interior driver door latch since it was squeaking when cold. Service guide at SC said they've gone through iterative changes/improvements on hardware, it's best to just replace the entire mechanism. And they did under warranty.
