We have an R1T vin 081xx and update came right away with everyone else.

But we also have an R1S that we have only had for a little over a month, vin 411xx and no update yet.

anyone else not have 2024.19 yet?

Have you tried opening a service ticket and request it? That’s at least get someone at Rovian to know there’s an issue or be able to provide an answer to where you are in the queue.

Because we have another rivian on the same WiFi and everything is fine there. this is why I was wondering if everyone has got the update yet maybe our new one is just the very last to get the update.

I was going to open a service ticket if I found out that everyone else got the update. I was just checking with the forum if maybe the latest of the 2024s just haven’t got the update yet.

Did you try to do the update on the phone app? Pull the curtain down on the phone app to access the update

If they can see it on the phone then they can also see it in the vehicle.

On my R1S I was not seeing it on the vehicle, but it was visible on the phone app

I didn't see the update for a while, although I've not been on WIFI due to being on vacation. But I was at a SC last week and suddenly the update showed up.
I don't know if it was due to being next to a SC (with WIFI) or random.

Given your R1S VIN, i'm not surprised you're still waiting.

Two Ideas:
1) Call Service, asked for it to be pushed.
2) Stop by a SC, park in the lot, get your vehicle on their WIFI. (This seemed to be what did mine, although doesn't make a lot of sense. Maybe vehicles coming over the internet from a Rivian location get priority?).

I don't have it yet either. No wi-fi where I am parking right now. No idea when I might see it.

Mine's a 2024 that I picked up on 6/1 and I received my update about 3 weeks ago.

Finally got it last night for my R1S. My home and work garages are both in high-rise buildings with no WiFi.
