Edit 2: Clicking was improved but continued. I had to schedule my 7500 tire rotation and they also rechecked the clicking and determined it was the subframe flexing. Ordered a replacement, took a week to arrive, one day to install and was picked up today.
Gave me an R1S loaner for the week. $40 total for tire rotation. Subframe replacement under warranty. Kept in updated via text messages about the repair.
A for the experience. I know Rivians have some issues due to being a relatively new car company but glad they fix everything under warranty.
