Tonneau cover fix work around for an appointment

Early vin here #7000 with a broken tonneau cover for the last year and half. So I have opened mutiple tickets trying to get it fixed and I tried a new route.

On Thursday last week opened a new ticket and wrote rivian a letter saying I’m going on vacation this summer (mid June) and I want to drop my truck off then and they fix it while I am away.

To my surprise Friday they called saying they were working on it and they would call me Monday. Just got off the phone with them and my appointment is booked.

It will be my two year anniversary in June and very happy with rivian and service so far.

Well I roll it into free airport parking while a fly out of San Jose and the service center is across the street basically.
