4x8 Lattice - 5 sheets and 16 2x2s

Rivian R1T R1S Truck Stuff - B Grade IMG_0279

Cannot (as expected) fit a full 4x8 sheet - my 1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager is still unmatched in that regard. And no reassuring way to secure hatch with a tie down or strap (when you can’t shut it fully). Tie downs did their jobs very well.

Inside view was cool with the reflection-

Lots of lumber, including several 1x6 12' dimensional on the rack and in the bed worked a treat. Far cry from a proper lumber rack, but for the few times a year I load up to the gills on building materials I would say its more than adequate.

I find it funny y’all are in the R1S specific sub-forum letting me know to just get a truck instead.

Talking about hauling in your R1Ts - exceptions made for those that own both R1S and R1Ts.

Sometimes, the best way to haul in an R1S (or whatever) is to not haul... instead, go to U-Haul or another convenient place and rent the right one!

I've taken my own advice from time to time. Even though it may "fit" sometimes the 20' box truck (for example) is just so much easier.

I use mine for work all the time. This is why I added a rack. I feel I am in the minority for buying a mid-size work truck. I love your haul

Sorry about that. I think a lot of people are like me and just review the page with all posts and not the sub-groups. So we don’t think of specific topics.

We just see “look at this”. I know I get so excited after even after 15 months I still find ways to always show off pictures.

We usually run to uhaul and rent their enclosed cargo or utility trailers for stuff that doesn’t fit in the R1S. Otherwise, lots of straps and the featherlite car hauler have carried the dismounted tires for the riv while the BNIB wheels rode inside and the “old” 22 darks went back home on the trailer.

For most Lowes orders we pay the 20$ delivery fee and don’t deal with the lifting.

Dude! That’s awesome. Very cool to see it properly loaded with materials. Good for you.
