The Hold feature is killer bad in Reverse when you're trying to back up that one extra inch to connect your trailer. If they could add the ability to turn off Hold on an as needed basis that would help greatly!

To the OP, you claim that it's impossible to maneuver the vehicle with inch-perfect ability. Again, it's either your particular truck or you just need to learn how to use it. I regularly park my truck in the very narrow rear-bay of my garage when I pull the other car out and am easily able to get an inch or two off the wall and the stuff stored at the back of the garage.

Even after the update where they "addressed" low speed acceleration issues,
That update said "maneuverability at low speed". Which is definitely improved when you have the front wheels near lock, it's not fighting itself as much anymore. They only addressed reverse pedal map, which is definitely better but still a problem because auto-hold is too strong at a complete stop on flat ground. Once you are moving, even very slowly, it's not a problem.

I haven't found any inconsistencies from the pedal. I still own my Model 3 and drive it on occasion, but I much prefer the regen and one pedal experience on my R1S. Yes there is a more force required to engage the accelerator, but It's not inconsistent and it has never prevented me from parallel parking. Do you need to make a service appointment or maybe adjust your seating position?
