Yep sounds like the same. My guide said from the train station in Seattle then somehow they have to get it to Bellevue for final inspection and schedule a delivery. I chose to have them truck it to my house here in Snohomish instead of driving there to get it. One of my sons works for Microsoft and he drives by the service center all the time. He's watching out for it.

wow seems your guide talks to you way more than mine you have way more information than I do. I didn't even know if mine was built yet and I don't have a delivery date yet. And I have not been given a choice to pick it up or have it delivered.... The only interaction was the kick off call then I went through all the steps. Only 3 steps left Insurance (which they said wait until a couple days of taking delivery) Payment and Delivery. Everything else is done well except signed contracts which I did my part but it does still say in progress

I hope i'm not bugging you? I have a couple generic questions, what was your pre-order date? Mine was July 2021. did you ever change your config during the wait? I didn't. what is your colors out and in? Mine is El Cap Granite w/ocean white.

Your good information will help everyone. I placed my pre-order in Oct 21. I did not change my order however they did remove the kitchen and the shuttle and said this was due to supply chain issues. Colors are El Cap Granite - Black Mountain Ash wood

Received my R1S VIN, 17XX, on Oct 20. Vehicle departed the factory by train on or around Oct 26, expected to arrive at the SC in Costa Mesa in the next couple of weeks. Received my wall charger today.

Was the bed cover removed prior to signing the paperwork as part of your 8 steps? I'm also awaiting delivery of an R1T in Bellevue that was configured with the powered cover. I finalized the configuration Oct 7th and am wondering if I will be getting one of the last few powered covers (vin 124xx) prior to the redesign.

They had removed it prior to me confirming configuration. They asked if I wanted the manual one and I said no that I will see if I can get the powered one after the redesign. So basically I'm not going to wait on a cover just give me my truck already!

The one they were delivering while I was there still had the toneau cover and I asked about it. They said they dont remove them if they are coming with them but if its broken on delivery they can lock it open or closed. Im just ahead of you in VIN...12,0XX

Interesting...you didn't by chance as him what day the next train is expected in Kent did you? depending on that day, i might drive down and check them out.
