Ventilated Seats not working

I've had it randomly feel like it's moving little or no air, in the past, but not lately. Do a master reset (what some people erroneously call a hard reset) with the left button and hazard button.

I can't hear the seat fans at all. Plus, I can't feel anything coming through the seat holes. As soon as I get a break with work I'm going to do a restart.

Mine were working fine until today randomly they don't cool anymore. No fan

My driver's side works at about 20% when set to 3 cooling bars. Passenger seat is ice cold, so could be blockage. I don't want to take it in for something this small since our SC is a ways away, so I'll see if there's anything blocking airflow under the seat. Tried hard reset to no avail. It's just strange since I can usually only stand 5-10 minutes before starting to freeze down there, now the seat never cools off after being in full sun even if I precondition for 10 minutes.

I saw a video of the seat taken apart. The fan is connected to the under-seat vent. Maybe try turning on the AC or heater to see if it works better. You definitely won't feel the cooling with the AC off in my experience.

That's correct. They are ventilated seats, not cooled seats.
