Washer fluid low warning?

Does anyone know if there is a warning if washer fluid is low? There’s no washer fluid coming out on my less than 1 week old truck. Trying to figure out if it’s low fluid or an issue with the stalk.

I have never used the windshield washer and just got an alert that it’s low. Anyone else experience this? Seems weird.
