Weird Noise When L2 Charging

Last night noticed a very weird noise that appeared to be coming from the charge port area. It’s not quite a clicking noise but I can’t think of any other way to describe it. Vehicle was charging at home @ 11.2 kW at the time with no error alerts or other observable malfunction. However, the sound does not seem right. I have not previously heard it.

I submitted a ticket but was just wondering if anyone knew what on earth this is.

Sounds like a small actuator. Maybe the latch locking mechanism trying to engage without success? (just guessing)

edit: Also you light does not come on about the charging status (blue/green)
