Got the same info from CS. Would really like to get that invite s00n. Shop access would be fun to window shop while I wait.May 2022 R1S Reservation. Got first mile drive invite in Sept 2023. Customer service person told me I can expect invite to configure my vehicle by end of 2023. No R1 shop (specifically for R1S) access yet. It would be interesting to see if any of the May 2023 reservation holder got access to R1 shop based on proximity to service center.

Never got an email, but the R1 shop was showing 0 inventory. Decided to ask CS what was up. The rep said it looked like I could configure. Went to my account, nothing, clicked on the link to the shop. Bam! There it was, the option to lock in my configuration. Interestingly quad motor was not an option, nor the standard battery pack. Both of which was fine as I didn't want either of those options. Shop still shows 0 inventory for some reason.

I'm in California roughly 30 minutes from the South San Francisco service center. For me the option to configure was at the same link as the shop. Shop has been "empty" for me since the day before I configured. Wondering if it will show inventory once my estimated delivery changes from "processing estimate".Curious to know whether you are from California or some other state.
