Wind noise solved at last -- using tube rubber seal

Hey there, while sit here grateful I did not do this recent dreaded update, and feeling pain for those who did...I can report that my fix is holding up well, and still quite satisfied. I will find the links for you...I'll be back.

I used 1/8" silicone rubber tube and slid in in the flap of the door/window gasket. A bit of adhesive to keep it there and wa la.

I did hamdan’s process on my R1S using the L-shaped strip only (did not use the trim lock cord). I did all four doors and it made a big difference. Massive thanks to Dan for the original post and how-to here.
