Thanks! Are your Blizzaks 115 or 116 load rating if I may ask? This seems to be a great debate.
They are: (got them through 1010Tires)

Size: 275/65R20
Sidewall Style: Black Letters
Load index: 126
Speed Rating: R

Thanks all. I’ve finally decided to go to 20s for the winter and keep the stock 22 tire and wheel package for the summer. I’ve chosen the EV Sportline R1000 wheel and will mate them with Nokians Hakkas R5 SUV. Read some threads with happy owners on those wheels. Plus I like the look. This should give me the same total wheel/tire dimension as the OEM 22s. What kind of adjustment is required on the UI if any when swapping like that?

No changes can be made at UI. There are threads suggesting to have the service center recalibrate for tire size. I find it unnecessary. However without knowing the tire size it's hard to make a recommendation.
The rim size is not necessarily what counts here, it's the total diameter/circumference which calculates as follows for example for a 275/65 on 20":

2x275x65%/25.4+20=34.07" . Note tire size is metric (275mm) and the rim is measured in freedom units. E.g. a 275/60 on a 20" rim calculates to 33" or about 3% smaller diameter /circumference. If a tire does not have number after the slash, use 80% (that used to be the standard aspect ratio decades ago until OEMs fitted larger tires on larger vehicles and the standard 80% would have resulted in too high of a tire wall which can cause handling issues.

I am personally not worried about a 3% difference. My R1T was always off 3% until I put a 34" tire on it - now it's spot on with GPS data.

Thanks for this. I wasnā€˜t really thinking circumference/diameter since I’m running the recommended 20ā€ Nokian R5s on 20ā€ wheels. I suspect that matches Rivian specs, no? I was just wondering if, like in a Tesla, you need to tell it what you’re running, even if just going from All Season to Winter tires.

So, thanks all. Took delivery of my R1T yesterday. Went straight to a specialized EV shop here in Montreal. Had them put on 20ā€ EV Sportline R1000 wheels in black with Nokian R5 SUVs mounted on them (the factory recoed tire). I’m super pleased with my choice and happy to not have gone with simply putting on 22ā€ winter tires on the OEM wheels. Happened to snow yesterday and the car was rock solid on the road. And I think the set up looks awesome. It will also be an easier swap come Spring having two sets of wheels, something I can do at home. Thanks again all for the help.

I am really liking the Atomic AW01 wheels with Blizzaks! It really does feel like the steering is much lighter with the wheels vs the stock Rivian 20s. Discount tire mounted the tires on the wheels straight out of the box.
I’m spoiled to have the second set of wheels now. Going to test them in the mountain snow soon. The new tires are SO quiet I don’t want to put the pirellis back on.
