Just wondering if anyone has seen this. There is good LTE signal and music apps are working.
I've already tried full reset (15 sec with flasher and far left button).

U only needed to do info center reset using the outermost left and right buttons on the steering wheel. Try that. Let us know if that fixes it.

Would occasionally have that issue but could only ever get it to go away on its own. Haven't had it in a while.

Vehicle has to be in park, you should get dinging almost right away.

Perhaps there is just no internet in your location.

Just because you're connected to a cell tower doesn't mean that it has access to the rest of the internet. Cell towers can have internet outages just like you can on your home Wi-Fi.

Have you tried driving somewhere else where you can connect to a different cell tower?

The location did not matter. I've been driving around and it just never has signal on navigation. Also tried wifi at home and that didn't matter either. And as far as I know it's only affecting navigation, because I am able to control the locks, get location through app and stream music.

I figured this one out. The "Precise Location Sharing" has to be enabled to allow data download in navigation to work.

Not sure how this got turned off, but once I turned it back on, the live traffic and range estimates started working again. It makes sense that this would need to be turned on, but I wish the navigation screen would give me more info than just say, "Offline" or "You're off the grid."

Makes it sound like you have no signal or something is broken with the car.
