It’s a sneeze–and–you-miss–it remark at about 9:35 minutes in.

What’s curious about including Rivian in this monologue is that comedy of this type relies on the audience knowing or understanding the reference that you make. Now, in California, where this show is recorded, Rivian‘s are fairly common, especially in Los Angeles, but in the rest of the country, not so much. Indeed, most everyone that asks about my truck has never even heard of Rivian. I would wager that Rivian’s national brand awareness is below Lexus, Infiniti, Bugatti, but maybe, maybe above Maybach.

I would guess most of JK's followers are in large metro areas across the US where brand awareness would be much higher than say a place like Emporia, Kanas. Of course, I could be completely wrong .

Although brand awareness would perhaps bring another, subtle layer to the comedy, I'm not certain it is critical to the humor.

Seems to me that most people would infer "something valued and/or expensive" in the pool and therefore understand the most obvious thing.

These kinds of patterns are what human brains are really good at.
