Rivian Care is in its pilot phase, currently offered to a select group of customers in Texas.

This may have changed, according to their site rivian pre owned qualify, however this may only apply if you purchased the pre owned from rivian I'm glad we purchased both of our r1s from rivian pre-owned.

So I’ll likely remain locked out even once this comes to Virginia since I didn’t purchase my one-owner, pre-owned R1T from Rivian. Again, bummer especially considering it’s still fully covered under the factory warranty.
